Vision Originality Technique ImpactI'm not typically a big fan of the anime / manga genre, but this is absolutely impressive! I love what you've done with the style.
What strikes me first is the expression of the right woman. Having read your description, I believe you've done a wonderful job capturing the essence of Gemini. She seems to feel a sort of longing, have a wistful smile. In this case, you've made the ``large eye'' characteristic of the manga genre work very well - the eyes have a very strong impact. The style is not a simple trait of the painting itself, but a part of it. It enhances the message. That is very refreshing.
It does seem that the arm on the bottom is blending into the dress. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose or not - but it does strike me as a bit strange. But this is a very minor technicality at worst, a style element at best. I like how you've faded the colors around the right edge. Being a mathematician, I can't help but notice your use of Golden Ratio. Again, I do not know if this was intentional - but it makes a wonderful path for the eye to follow.
